I received the wrong item. What should I do if I received a different product that what I ordered?
We sincerely apologize for the mixup. Please email our support team at service@solidthreads.com (or submit a ticket through the chat button) with your order # and the exact item(s) sent in the wrong style or size, so we can be sure to send the correct replacement.
From there, we will produce and ship the correct item straight away. This will ship at no additional cost to you and we will expedite your production to ensure it is shipped quickly. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves our shop.
