The shirt from my recent order did not fit the same as prior orders. What can I do if the garment fit is different on my current order?
Our garments are made in smaller batches, so some variation can be expected. However, from time to time we experience garment spec inconsistencies within certain production lots beyond our 1" tolerance. If this is the case for you we are more than happy to send a replacement.
To ensure we send replacement shirts with the correct fit, please email our support team at service@solidthreads.com (or submit through our chat box) with the following info, so we can send the correct replacement.
- Your order #.
- The item(s) in your order that had the spec issues
- Please flatly lay down a garment that fits well and provide the following measurements.
- the chest (1" below the armhole)
- the length (at the high point of the neck hem to the bottom)
- the neck at the widest point (from the left inside neck trim to right inside neck trim excluding the neck trim from the measurement.
- Please confirm if the garment been washed & dried (Y/N)
From there, we'll review our stock and send a replacement item(s) that match these measurements most closely.
