Do you offer Instant Exchanges?

It sounds like you want us to send out your exchange items while the return items are still in transit, otherwise known in the e-commerce biz, as an instant exchange. This is a service we would love to provide, but the cost of this type of functionality is simply beyond our means at this moment.

We do have a relatively simple workaround though to get your exchange items out to you asap, and process your return as soon as the return goods have arrived at our warehouse. The process is as simple as 1,2,3:

1. Create a new order for the new "exchange" items that you would like on solidthreads.com. If you used a discount code on your original order, please email our support team at service@solidthreads.com and they will provide a unique discount code to match the discount on your original order.

2. Obtain your free return label via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal, affix to the package and drop in the mail.

3. We'll ship your new "exchange" items within 1 -3 biz days and refund you in full for the return items as soon as they are received.

Please let me know if this works for you. We'll look out for your new order, along with the return package, and proceed as outlined above.
