One of my items arrived with a printing or sewing defect. How do I remedy a defective item in my order?
We sincerely apologize that your shirt came with some issues, especially so soon in your garment’s journey! It’s not the norm, but here and there sewing and printing issues will arise beyond what may be expected from standard wear and tear. Rest assured, this is something we are going to remedy for you.
Please email our support team at service@solidthreads.com (or submit a ticket through the chat button) with your order # and a quick digital pic of this defect so we have a point of reference for our production partner. As soon as we receive this pic, we will produce a brand new item in perfect condition straight away. Please note, you’ll receive a new $0 order confirmation momentarily that we’ll use to process and track the new exchange item you requested. This is shipping at no additional cost to you. You’ll then receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your replacement item ships.
