Why are garment specs sometimes inconsistent & what can I do about it?


Thanks a lot for your order and continued business. I'm sincerely sorry for the sizing inconsistency issues you've encountered.  From time to time, we experience garment spec issues within certain production lots and unfortunately this was on display in your order.


We'd really like to get the right fit for you, and can accomplish this with minimal effort on your part if you're open to it.


To ensure we send replacement shirts with the correct fit, please flatly lay down a previous garment that fits well from previous orders, and provide the following measurements:


a) the chest (1" below the armhole),

b) the length (at the high point of the neck hem to the bottom)

c) the neck at the widest point (from the left inside neck trim to right inside neck trim excluding the neck trim from the measurement.


We'll review our stock and send you replacement items that match these measurements most closely.  We'll include a return shipping label so the original items can be easily returned in the same package and reach back out if any are not currently available, to see if other designs might work. If applicable, we'll credit you any difference once the return package is received.


Please keep in mind that the shirts will shrink roughly 1/2" in the chest width, and roughly 1" - 2”  up in length when dried on high, so the sizing can be adjusted accordingly (or not) by washing and drying. Please keep this in mind, when considering the future fit of your current garments. 


(Please note:  we will be working off the physical measurements you provide to ensure the best fit, so the size label in the neck collar may differ from design to design depending on the shirt color and production lot, but we will be providing the best possible fit in each)
