I thought my item was on sale, but I was charged full price. What's the deal?

Thanks so much for your order and we're really sorry about the pricing confusion! The way our website is setup, is that it adds the "Sale" tag to every item that has any size variant on sale, even if some or most of the size variants are actually full price. Unfortunately, all it takes is one size variant to be on sale, to trigger that "Sale" tag within our website theme.

I recognize this has the potential to cause some confusion for people if they inadvertently end up purchasing a full price variant of an item with a "Sale" label listed on it, that they thought was actually on sale. Unfortunately, there is no way to change how products with only certain variants on sale are portrayed in our shop.

Beyond that, there are instances here and there, where we have excess stock in only a few sizes of a particular item, prompting us to only put certain size variants with excess stock on hand, on sale. At the same time, all of our full price items are printed on demand as each order comes in, which is why it is cost prohibitive to offer the on sale rate on variants that are actually listed as full price on the site and in the checkout, (granted with that added potential for confusion due to the "Sale" tag on the product).

With this said, we offer free returns and exchanges, so if you want to return the item due to the price confusion, that is not a problem. Return labels can be generated easily through our Self Service Returns Portal. Otherwise, maybe this shirt wanted to come home with you so badly, that it needed to sneak in through your blind spot for a moment, and the dividends you'll receive in the joy you bring to yourself and others with this shirt will more than make up for this unanticipated pricing disparity.
