How do I track my order?

You can track your order in several ways:


  • Order status page - you'll receive a link to this page in your order confirmation email or SMS. Please log in to view detailed order progress.

  • Shop app - You can download the Shop app to get real-time order updates, delivery notifications, and live-map tracking.

  • Email updates - If you provided your email at checkout, they'll receive order and shipping updates automatically.

  • For orders with tracking numbers, you can view shipping status changes directly on the order status page or in the Shop app. NOTE: USPS is partnered with DHL for some shipments. Our website automatically directs you to the USPS tracking page, even when the package has been passed to DHL. If you are not seeing updates on this USPS page, we recommend copying and pasting your tracking number into DHL's tracking portal here: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html. This may provide more detailed updates on the progress of your shipment.
