Do you offer free returns and exchanges? How do I start one?

Yes, we do indeed! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Solid Threads purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable). It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 below. 

*Domestic Orders Only. International customers can generate a return label via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal, but you will be asked to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our address at Solid Threads, 47 Maple St. Ste 111, Burlington, VT 05401.  

*Returns & exchanges for most "On Sale" items are acceptable and can be processed via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return ship labels for items from our Sale section. We also have a few items that are final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges.

If we made a mistake or a defective item snuck through our quality controls, please contact us through email or chat and we’ll a send a replacement straight away, and include your return label in the substitute package.
