What should I do if the neck hem is too loose?

Thanks a lot for your order! I'm sincerely sorry for the loose collar issues you've encountered.  From time to time, we experience garment spec differences between garment lots which can lead to a noticeable difference in the tightness of the neck hem.

Beyond that, due to the added softness of the triblend fabric, the structure of the neck does not get as supported by the body of the shirt as our 60/40 blend fabric, leading to a looser fit and feel in the collar in general.

There are two possible options to resolve this.

  1. We'd really like to get a better fit for you and can accomplish this with minimal effort on your part if you're open to it. To do so,  please measure the neck hem by laying the shirt flat and measuring from the left inside edge of the neck hem to the right inside edge at the widest point of the collar. Please then reply with this measurement so we can confirm if this is potentially an isolated triblend neck hem issue or in line with our expected collar tolerance.  From there, we can look through our existing blank stock inventory in hopes of finding a new garment with a tighter neck hem that we can send as a replacement.
    1. If we are able to find a shirt with a substantially tighter neck hem, we’ll send this replacement to you and include a return ship label in the package for you to return the original item that did not fit to your liking.
    2. If we are unable to find a new garment with a tighter neck hem, we would unfortunately have to resort to option two below.

  1. We offer free returns and exchanges. So you can download a FREE return label from our Self Serve Returns & Exchanges Portal and ship back this item to us and we’ll process your return.

Please email us with how you’d like to proceed and hopefully we can turn this initial disappointment into a pleasant surprise. However, we totally understand if you’d prefer to simply return this item.
