Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Generally yes! Especially if this request is received shortly after placing the order. So the sooner you reach out after the order has been placed, the better . Simply shoot us an email to customer service and a member of our character crew will handle the change for you. We will be happy to adjust any sizes, colors, or other order details.
Please note, if the order has already been produced by our production team, we are unfortunately unable to edit these orders in advance. We do offer free returns and exchanges though, so even if we are not able to edit the order in time, we can make the required adjustment after the fact. Again please email our customer support team, and we will hopefully be able to catch this order in time to make the adjustment in advance.
