Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes! No problem to have changed your mind. Submit an email to our customer service team and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund for you.

Please note, if the order has already been produced & fulfilled by our production team, we are unfortunately unable to cancel this order in advance. We do offer free returns though, so even if we are not able to cancel the order in time, we can get this resolved after the fact with a free return. Again please email our customer support team, and we will hopefully be able to cancel this order in advance.
