How do I return or exchange an item? What happens after my return or exchange has been submitted.
How to submit your return or exchange:
1) Submit your return request via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal.
2) You'll receive a Free Return Shipping Label (domestic and full price item orders only) to affix to our reusable packaging (or comparable) and drop in the mail.
3) Your return/exchange will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return package.
What happens after I submit my return or exchange?
Customers returning goods will receive an email confirming receipt of your return package. From there, in can take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in their account.
Customers exchanging goods will receive a new $0 order confirmation email for your replacement item as soon as we receive your return package. We'll then send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your replacement item(s) ship.
